about

Limited to 20 physical copies on cassette tape.

Live Recordings are always a mixed bag. Precision and accuracy can be thrown out the window in favor of loudness, raw emotion, and audience assault. We went into this WKDU session hoping to spread our extremely loud noise pollution over the radio waves and did just that. I know we had various technical difficulties and several other issues while recording, and while this might not sound completely amazing, we had a ton of fun doing it.

about

This New Jersey-based quartet has carved out its own niche within the city's heavy music scene, blowing eardrums and ... more dropping jaws with their spaced-out progressive metal compositions. Equal parts Mogwai, Mouth of the Architect, Russian Circles, Jesu, and Sonic Youth, Gholas are a rare and compelling sort of band, one with its own aesthetic, sound, and raw, beating heart. less
